Ellie Freestone is an International Yoga Alliance 500hr E-RYT that has been practicing yoga from the age of 12, and teaching from the age of 18. As many of us experience, Yoga presented to Ellie at a time of complete cross road and acted as a gentle yet thorough guidance, moving her in a more conscious, aligned direction.
